BundlBook Global Service Terms (for Realtors & Homeowners)

Effective Date: October 16, 2025

By paying a BundlBook invoice or scheduling services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms between you and BundlBook, LLC (“BundlBook”).

1. Services

BundlBook coordinates third-party home-service providers (cleaning, painting, landscaping, etc.) for real-estate professionals and homeowners.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
The total invoice amount includes the provider’s price + BundlBook’s coordination fee.
BundlBook remits payment to the provider after job completion and client confirmation.
Refunds or adjustments are handled by BundlBook on behalf of the provider.

3. Consultations

Some jobs require an in-person consultation. Consultation invoices are issued separately and may be credited toward the final service if the client proceeds. All consultation fees are non-refundable once rendered.

4. Cancellations

Each provider maintains its own cancellation policy, disclosed prior to scheduling. Fees may apply for short-notice cancellations.

5. Liability

BundlBook acts only as coordinator and payment facilitator. BundlBook is not responsible for service performance, damages, or outcomes. Clients agree any disputes regarding workmanship will be directed to the provider.

6. Data & Privacy

BundlBook collects limited contact and property information solely for coordination and payment. See the BundlBook Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Non-Circumvention

Clients and agents agree not to engage BundlBook-introduced providers directly for 24 months after introduction.

8. Governing Law

Texas law; venue Collin County.

By completing payment through Stripe, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
